Verizon Wireless Military Discount
Verizon offers eligible members of the military community up to $25 per month off qualifying wireless service.
The military discount depends on the number of eligible phone lines on the account.
One phone line receives a $10 monthly account discount.
Two or three phone lines receive a $25 monthly account discount.
Four or more phone lines receive a $20 monthly account discount.
Who Is Eligible?
Verizon’s military discount is available to U.S. active-duty military personnel, military retirees, veterans, current and former National Guard members, current and former Reserve members, and eligible Gold Star family members and next of kin.
How to Get the Discount
Visit Verizon’s military discount page and select the option to verify your military status.
Verizon uses ID.me to verify eligibility. New customers can complete verification while signing up for qualifying Verizon service. Existing Verizon customers can verify their status and register the military discount to their existing account.
Once approved, the military discount generally begins appearing on the Verizon bill within one to two billing cycles.
The military discount cannot be combined with certain other Verizon account discounts, including employer, student, teacher, nurse, and first responder discounts. Eligible customers may still be able to combine the military discount with Auto Pay and paper-free billing savings and Verizon Mobile + Home benefits.
