Hertz Military Discount
Hertz offers eligible members of the U.S. military community discounted car rental rates for leisure and official government travel.
The military program is available to active-duty service members, National Guard members, reservists, and eligible veterans.
How to Get the Discount
Visit Hertz’s Government & Military Car Rental program and select the appropriate option for leisure or official government travel.
For personal or off-duty leisure rentals, the applicable Government or Military discount code is automatically applied when booking through the program.
Military leisure travelers can receive discounted rental rates, space-available vehicle upgrades, and complimentary membership in Hertz Gold Plus Rewards.
Hertz also provides separate rates and benefits for eligible military personnel traveling on official government business. Official government rentals are subject to the terms of the U.S. Government Car Rental Agreement and other applicable travel requirements.
Rental discounts vary based on location, travel dates, vehicle class, length of rental, availability, and other factors.
