T-Mobile Military Discount
T-Mobile offers discounted wireless plans for eligible military members, veterans, and their families.
Current military options include Essentials Military 2.0, Experience More 2.0 with Military Savings, and Experience Beyond with Military Savings 2.0.
T-Mobile states that a family with four lines can save $720 per year on qualifying Experience plans with Military Savings compared with the corresponding regular Experience plans.
Who Is Eligible?
T-Mobile’s military plans are available to eligible active-duty military members, veterans, National Guard members, Reservists, and Gold Star family members.
The eligible military member or Gold Star family member must be the primary account holder, and the account must maintain a valid military line.
How to Get the Discount
New customers can visit a T-Mobile store or contact T-Mobile to enroll in an eligible military plan. Existing T-Mobile customers can call 611 or visit a T-Mobile store to switch to an eligible military plan.
Military status must be verified after activation or switching plans. T-Mobile requires verification within 45 days.
Verification can be completed through your T-Mobile profile, and T-Mobile may request documentation proving military service or status. Commonly accepted documentation includes a DD214, Leave and Earnings Statement, or military orders.
Customers who do not complete military verification within the required period may be moved to the corresponding regular T-Mobile plan at a higher monthly price.
