Royal Caribbean Military Discount
Royal Caribbean offers eligible military members, retirees, and veterans special military rates on select cruises and sailings.
There is no single nationwide percentage or dollar discount. Military fares vary depending on the ship, sailing date, itinerary, and stateroom selected.
Who Is Eligible?
Royal Caribbean’s military rates are available to active U.S. military personnel, National Guard members, reservists, qualifying military retirees, and eligible honorably discharged veterans.
Canadian National Defence personnel and qualifying retirees may also be eligible.
Honorably discharged U.S. veterans generally must have served for at least two years or at least six months in an active war zone to qualify under Royal Caribbean’s current military-rate terms.
Spouses of actively deployed military personnel and spouses of deceased military personnel may also qualify under certain circumstances.
How to Get the Military Rate
When searching for an eligible Royal Caribbean cruise, select the U.S. Military or Canadian Forces option under the available exclusive or special rates.
Military rates are only offered on select sailings and are subject to availability.
At least one eligible military guest must occupy the stateroom receiving the military rate. Other guests staying in the same stateroom can receive that rate, but additional staterooms occupied only by non-eligible family members or friends do not qualify.
Qualifying guests must provide appropriate proof of military eligibility at check-in. If the required documentation cannot be provided, Royal Caribbean may reprice the reservation to the lowest available fare for that day.
Royal Caribbean’s promotional terms may allow military rates to be combined with certain other cruise promotions, depending on the specific offer.
