JetBlue Military Discount
JetBlue offers eligible members of the U.S. military community 5% off qualifying JetBlue base fares.
Military travelers may qualify for the discount through JetBlue’s military fare program or through JetBlue’s partnership with WeSalute.
WeSalute+ Military Discount
Eligible WeSalute+ members receive 5% off the base fare on JetBlue-operated flights, including Mint fares, with no blackout dates.
WeSalute+ members also receive two free checked bags when using the JetBlue military discount.
To receive the WeSalute+ discount, reservations must be made by phone through JetBlue. Provide your WeSalute+ Member ID when booking and request the two free checked bags at the same time. JetBlue waives the normal phone reservation service fee for these bookings.
Active-Duty Military Benefits
JetBlue also offers qualifying active-duty military members a special Military (MIL) fare providing 5% off the base fare for leisure travel.
Active-duty military members traveling on orders can check up to five bags free when applicable. Active-duty members traveling for leisure can receive two free checked bags, subject to JetBlue’s current military baggage requirements.
Military documentation, travel orders, or a valid Common Access Card may be required depending on the benefit being used.
